When Tabitha Beneke's father died in 2012 and she inherited his locksmith business, the three long-time employees of Keys Plus faced several possible scenarios, none of them pretty.

Beneke, who lived 2,000 miles away and had no experience with locks or with running a small business, could simply close the business. She could look for a buyer, leaving the workers in limbo for months, and, not finding a buyer, close the business.

Grade A award for TC Security Services

More than 100 car models at risk of being stolen due to major key security flaw

Scientist wins two-year legal battle with Volkswagen to publish damning research. Hundreds of thousands of British drivers are at risk of having their cars stolen after tech experts discovered how easy it is to hack their electronic ignition systems.

After a two-year legal battle with Volkswagen, University of Birmingham computer scientist Flavio Garcia and his colleagues Baris Ege and Roel Verdult, from Radboud University Nijmegen in the Netherlands, have finally won the right to expose the major security flaw found in the keys of no less than 138 popular road vehicles - including the likes of pricey Porches, Ferraris and Audis.

Does your website have a leak?

That can mean connections to many third party sources such as social media, weather, adverts and news feeds.
