Cardinal Security strengthens its team with senior business development appointment

* Kelly-Stokes.jpgCardinal Security, the leading provider of dynamic and innovative security solutions, has announced the latest high profile appointment to its management team, with Kelly Stokes joining as its National Accounts and Business Development Manager.

Having worked in the security industry for almost 23 years, 39 year old Stokes brings her vast experience to the role, which has been gained through working in various account and service management positions with companies such as Assured Fire & Security and, prior to that, Kings Security.

With extensive knowledge of the commercial and retail sectors, as well as event management, she will promote the unique advantages of using Cardinal Security's specialist services to organisations across the country, while taking care of the company's key existing contracts.

Commenting on her new position, Stokes said, 'I've long admired Cardinal Security's forward thinking approach and dedication to providing security services of unrivalled quality. Security is quite unlike any other service that a retailer or other commercial venture has to procure, and there is significant peace of mind to be had from knowing that a suitably trained and qualified professional is on hand to deal with a situation. Cardinal Security undoubtedly sets the standard for others to follow and I'm delighted to have an opportunity to contribute to its ongoing success.'

Stokes will promote the company's intelligent guarding concept, which integrates the duties of a security officer with technology, electronic systems and the data produced. She will also give specific attention to enhancing demand for the company's technology based solutions such as the AccessGuarded app, which gives retail store managers the tools to review a Cardinal Security manned guard's performance on a daily basis, and the use of CAP Index's proprietary crime risk data and national models.

Cardinal Security's Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Jason Trigg, commented, 'It gives me enormous pleasure to welcome Kelly to the company. Not only does she have excellent credentials and wide ranging experience, she is also full of great ideas about how we can take the business to the next level. I'm confident that her drive, enthusiasm and ambition will help Cardinal Security achieve all of its objectives both now and in the future, and I wish her every success. This announcement is part of our strategic expansion plan, and Kelly is the first of several new appointments that we will be making in the forthcoming months.'
