Rottner Security & Hughes Wholesale welcome new partnership
After an extensive year-long evaluation undertaken by its agents through many discussions with its UK based customers, Rottner Security has now formed an exclusive distribution partnership with Hughes Wholesale.
"With Mark Hughes and his team we have found a partner that suits Rottner perfectly", says Thomas Halbertschlager, on behalf of Rottner Security.
"Both companies will together offer you the service and the benefits that will make it easier for customers to have a reliable partner at your side in the coming years."
With the aim of offering a better service for its more than 5000 products, not only has the UK stockholding of the Austrian-built safes been massively enlarged, but the web site has also been upgraded to provide a more browser-friendly experience and provide downloadable PDF files.
Hughes Wholesale will focus on direct sales to retailers including locksmiths and home improvement and hardware stores, while Rottner will continue to operate the webshop and deal with existing catalogue and other specialist retailers.
"The proven field sales team of Hughes Wholesale will be able to serve and advise in the best possible way, and extensive and ongoing factory training is currently under way to enable Hughes staff to deal with any customer service enquiries and to carry out any small repairs."
