TradeLocks Rewards where points mean products
TradeLocks is set to launch the industry's first loyalty rewards scheme, via a dedicated website www.tradelocks.co.uk
The scheme will reward TradeLocks customers with points for every pound they spend. They will then be able to redeem their points against the entire TradeLocks range of must-have tools.
Sales Director Chris Pankhurst says, "This is a first for the industry and we're really excited by it because it's something we have been working on for several months. We wanted to do something that truly rewarded our customers for their loyalty and that's precisely what this points programme does.
"We looked at different types of schemes and other potential rewards packages - from holidays to vouchers - but having spoken to several customers we felt the best reward would be to give them free tools and products. We've designed it to be really straightforward. All customers have to do is sign up and everything else is automated. Every time they spend something with us their points are added to their membership.
"The dedicated TradeLocks Rewards website can be used when people are redeeming their points. It's easy to use, easy to rack up points and it works."
On the products page customers will be shown a Rewards button star. This tells them the number of points they will get from buying that product. Next to the actual price you'll be shown how many points you need to get the item for free.
An individual customer's accumulated points is show in their own customer profile section of the site - so you can see at a glance how many points you've earned. You can then redeem the points either to buy an item outright or to part pay for a product and pay the rest of the balance in cash. It really couldn't be simpler. Points really do make products.
