Congratulations go to Lockdecoders' Victor Southern, who after many years service as a Councillor, and for the past year as Deputy Mayor, is to be inaugurated as Mayor of Swanley next week.

All of us at the Locks & Security Group hope that the day goes well and wish Vic all the very best for the future.

JUST IN! We've just heard that Lockdecoders' Laurence Ball is to be Deputy Mayor, alongside Vic. That truly shows a rare civic commitment - would that more were like it. Again congratulations are due!
