Congratulations to the new Mayor of Swanley

After a long career both in business and in public service, Lockdecoders' director Vic Southern recently received one of public service life's ultimate accolades when he was made Mayor of Swanley, the hometown of the company.

With long experience and qualifications in accounting, commercial refrigeration, food hygiene and handling of hazardous gases, Vic was also a dealer in antique maps and coached junior chess players in several countries, but has mainly been for 33 years associated with the locksmith industry.

"I am a jack-of-all trades and a master of none, but my hobby is learning a new thing every day", says Vic. 

Vic will be supported in this new role by his colleague from Lockdecoders, Deputy Mayor Laurence Ball.
