Man shoots locksmith during eviction

A man has been arrested after shooting a locksmith who was helping authorities serve him an eviction notice. Two officers knocked on the man's door to serve the notice, but no one answered. A locksmith then started drilling the door knob, when a gun shot was fired through the door, hitting the locksmith in the leg.

After a four hour stand off with the police in a gated San Ramon community, authorities say the man finally surrendered.

Reports say the 1.6 million dollar home was in foreclosure. The locksmith was taken to a hospital to treat his injuries.
