ALEX - Auto Locksmiths Expo
Following last year's success, ALEX returns to Nottingham on the weekend of October 26th and 27th. Free to enter, it's the place to learn about auto locksmithing and see the latest equipment from the UK's leading suppliers.
Auto locksmithing is a specialist area. Very different to standard locksmithing, it involves the use of high-tec equipment and requires an understanding of programming and auto electronics. ALEX is the first independent dedicated show of it kind in the UK. Leading suppliers to the auto locks industry will be showcasing the very latest equipment and technology.
As well as meeting suppliers, visitors will also have the opportunity to see live demonstrations in a dedicated demonstration area. There is a full programme of demonstrations running on both days, in either half hour or one hour slots. Experts will give master classes while being filmed live and projected onto plasma screens. The audience will not only be able to see the demos in close detail but will also be able to ask questions.
East Midlands Conference Centre is a purpose built exhibition and conference centre with ample free parking and great facilities. The on-site bar and kitchens provide good food and drink at affordable prices. It has easy access from the motorway and the city of Nottingham has a great variety of restaurants and nightlife.
The show dates are 26th and 27th October doors open 09.00 both days. Saturday closes at 17.30 and 15.30 on Sunday.
