The calm before the storm as demand soars for Securikey at LockExpo

* Securikey-stand.jpgLeading physical security product supplier Securikey enjoyed another very busy show at the sixth annual Locksmiths' Exhibition in Nottingham recently with visitor numbers once again exceeding previous years.

The brand new Euro Vault Gas Strut (GS) was in big demand with Securikey receiving orders from retail locksmiths for its entire first consignment!

This innovative top-opening safe offers the perfect security solution for a wide range of applications such as caravans and boats, or in commercial buildings such as hotels and hostels where a top-opening safe is required.

Built to the same high build quality as the popular Mini Vault range, the Euro Vault GS offers a £1,500 overnight cash cover* protection rating and features a motorised lock with keypad. As with previous years, the Mini Vault and the Euro Grade safe ranges also received a great deal of interest from exhibition visitors.

Michael Joel, Northern Business Manager for Securikey, commented, "Year on year, we find that the Locksmiths' Exhibition provides a fantastic opportunity for us to meet with a large number of industry professionals in a short time frame, answering their questions and talking them through our products options, some of which they may not have been aware of prior to the show. This means customers learn the benefits of other ranges that may more precisely meet their requirements, and gives us the opportunity to receive valuable feedback which we can use in the development of new products."

The Securikey stand also featured a built-in television screen to showcase the numerous features offered by the brand new website at securikey.co.uk These include an advanced search filter so products can be found quickly and easily, a fully responsive design for ease of viewing on mobile devices, a search function so customers can find their nearest stockist, and the opportunity for locksmiths to extend their guarantee by registering products online.

There was also access to a wealth of support resources, including lock programming videos, literature, price lists and technical advice.
