Pop-A-Lock North America's largest locksmith network expands

Pop-A-Lock, North America's largest locksmith network and the recent Bronze winner of the 2015 Canadian Franchise Association (CFA) Awards of Excellence, has expanded its partnership with the Canadian Automobile Association (CAA).

As of May 16th, 2015, several Pop-A-Lock business owners located in Toronto, Hamilton-Halton, Brampton-Caledon, Mississauga and the Southwestern Ontario areas began providing locksmith services to members of CAA South Central Ontario (CAA SCO).

The CAA addition in South Central Ontario increases Pop-A-Lock's global business relationships, as the company has established partnerships with the British Columbia Automobile Association (BCAA) and across the United States with American Automobile Association (AAA). Pop-A-Lock will be serving as the CAA SCO's official locksmith provider by allowing the association's members to utilize their local Pop-A-Lock business for automotive services and roadside assistance including, but not limited to automotive key makes, ignition repair, and routine lockouts during high-demand periods. Members should visit the CAA SCO website to inquire about the benefits related to locksmith services; key makes, keyless entry, FOBS, proximity keys, and ignition repair. Pop-A-Lock will be dispatched to set up an appointment to provide onsite service.

"We are very honoured to be working with the CAA organization here in Ontario. CAA is a household name for emergency response." Says Pete Crouse, CEO of Pop-A-Lock Canada, "CAA Members across the network will now be able to take advantage of Pop-A-Lock's ability to cut and program keys for their vehicles."

CAA South Central Ontario is the largest Canadian Automobile Association club with over 1.9 million Members in our territory. CAA SCO is a not-for-profit auto club offering Roadside Assistance, automotive services, Travel, Home and Auto Insurance and Travel Medical Insurance. For more than 100 years, CAA SCO has been an innovative leader committed to meeting and exceeding the needs of Canada's motoring and travelling public.

Pop-A-Lock was founded in 1991, in Lafayette, Louisiana by two law enforcement officials who recognized the need for security services in their area.

Since then, the company has grown to serve 8,500 communities throughout the U.S. and Canada. All Pop-A-Lock technicians are trained in the latest technology and have cleared background and drug tests. Look for the technicians in their easy to identify orange and black uniforms and vehicles.
