Last few stands available for Lockexpo 2020 After 10 consecutive years at the same venue, Lockexpo 2020 moves to the Nottingham Belfry Hotel for this year’s show on the 18th and 19th April, sponsored by Autowave. SSAIB achieve historic 300th BAFE certification milestone SSAIB, one of the licensed certification bodies who deliver BAFE scheme assessments, are delighted to have achieved an historic milestone of 300 active BAFE scheme-certificated companies. Looking back at last year - in September 2019 – BAFE registered A1 Fire and Security Ltd, who are the 300th active company on the BAFE Fire Safety Register that have been assessed and third-party certificated through SSAIB. M&C Condor achieves Sold Secure Diamond M&C have announced that their Condor cylinder has achieved Sold Secure Diamond certification. All of their cylinders were already certified to the SKG 3 star standard, but differences between the Dutch and British standards meant that they had to add an anti-snap element to existing cylinders for the UK market. Condor, like all of M&C's cylinders, uses their Modulock system, which allows locksmiths to resize, make thumbturns and even keyed alike sets on the door without re-pinning. Brisant Secure is 18th fastest growing UK business Brisant-Secure is the eighteenth fastest growing company in the UK, according to the Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100, published last month. Brisant believes this is down to two factors. The Fast Track 100 is measured over a three-year period. The Sunday Times reports Brisant’s Ultion and Lock Lock sales growth at 111% every year for these 3 years.
