Sonis announces launch of sensor free alarm system Dunfermline based company, Sonis Smart Security Ltd, a leader in innovative wireless security systems has announced the launch date of its “NoEntry” security alarm. The palm-sized, wire and sensor-free alarm detects break-ins and activates before an intruder is even able to gain access to a property.
It is self-installed in minutes using a simple keyfob operation. Jon Baines, Senior Data Protection Specialist at Mishcon de Reya LLP, says: "The proposed reforms to data protection law are very significant for individuals and organisations and will no doubt be the subject of much Parliamentary debate before they are passed. Many of the proposed reforms are clearly intended to be business-friendly. 3xLOGIC: targeted solutions to reduce retail crime 3xLOGIC’s new Varifocal Multi-Imager Surround Dome Camera (VX-20M-SURROUND-RAW) is designed for applications requiring multiple angles of view that a standard camera cannot achieve. This new camera contains four 5MP varifocal lenses that provide separate video streams. Rather than purchasing and installing multiple cameras, installers can now deploy a single device capable of capturing full coverage of a scene. ASSA ABLOY completes the acquisition of Arran Isle Ltd ASSA ABLOY has finalised the acquisition of the entire share capital of Arran Isle Limited, a leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of door and window hardware in the UK, Ireland and Europe. The acquisition has undergone full regulatory approval by both the Competitions and Market Authority (CMA) in the UK and the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) in Ireland. Arran Isle has some 560 employees, with operational activity at sites in UK, Ireland, Europe and China. Arran Isle has a varied portfolio of products primarily trading under the brands of Carlisle Brass and Mila. Businesses within the Arran Isle group date back as far as 1971, the group provides a market leading service provision to customers.
