Tradelocks and 1st Call Lockouts opening doors for locksmiths

* TL-auto.jpgDo you want to start your career off on the right key? Tradelocks has teamed up with 1st Call Lockouts to bring a training course for locksmiths who want to enhance their technical skills and unlock a new career path in automotive locksmithing.

In the 8 day course participants will not only get the opportunity to test out their skills on real working cars, but they will be training in the UK's first Keyline School of Excellence - meaning exclusive training on the Keyline cutting machines.

The hands on course will train them in all the necessary aspects of automotive locksmithing needed to kick start their career. Those participating will be taught how to pick and programme keys, strip and decode various ignition and boot locks, extract broken car keys as well as duplicate keys with transponders. Candidates will work on a range of different car models, including Vauxhall, Ford, Rover and Peugeot. They will gain a solid understanding of Eeproms and MCUs, Hex Dumps and Hitag2 transponder production.

Running from 9am to 5pm each day, over the 8 days, all candidates will be shown a variety of techniques in areas such as soldering and PCB preparation, pin code extraction and even how to prepare and make a working transponder key.

As the UK's only NCFE accredited automotive locksmith course, you can be sure the skills you acquire will be the very best in the industry.

1st call Lockouts offer first class training

* Keyline-school.jpg"Tradelocks have seen a gap in the market for such high quality training and found putting the expertise of two market leading companies together was the way to go." Richard Bunn is fully supportive of the new partnership and sees it a step in the right direction for both companies.
"They wanted to launch their own facility in Manchester, but recognised how well 1st Call Lockouts do it. So, instead they combined the latest products with superior industry knowledge to create a training programme at an affordable price.

"The centre in Birmingham is sponsored by Tradelocks and Keyline which means not only do students get exclusive access to the fantastic top of the range key cutting and cloning machines, but means that Tradelocks has a drop in centre for demonstrations on all of their products."

1st call Lockouts offers first class training in locksmithing. With its top of the range facility in Birmingham, it makes the ideal partner for Tradelocks. Both companies strive for excellence and want to improve skills throughout the industry.
