Thank you all for making us ‘Supplier of the Year’!

As predicted, the Locksmiths' Exhibition on 5th and 6th March was a huge success. Needless to say, the Tradelocks stand remained crowded throughout the exhibition for the second year in a row and it was great to have the opportunity to meet and chat with our valued customers. We received some really positive feedback from satisfied customers who walked away with our extra special low show prices and discount deals.

Following its launch in September 2009, Tradelocks has gone from strength to strength. With the customer’s needs at the forefront of all product development, we strive to bring locksmiths the highest quality tools at unbeatable prices. So we were delighted to be voted as ‘Supplier of the Year’ at the Locks and Security News Awards Ceremony. The award was presented as a symbol of recognition for the hard work and dedication to the industry, as voted for by locksmiths on the forums.

The ‘Supplier of the Year’ Award really is an award to be proud of as it reflects quality products, low prices and service from a dedicated team. These are traits every business aspires to. Chris Pankhurst, Sales Director at Tradelocks, accepted the award on behalf of the Tradelocks team and said,

"It is a great privilege to be presented with this award. It sets a very high standard and we will continue to work hard to supply our customers with the highest quality products and service possible."

The success didn’t stop there for Tradelocks, as two of the highly skilled locksmith engineers behind the Tradelocks Signature Range were also presented with awards. Chris Belcher was presented with the ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ for his commitment and innovation to the locksmith industry, whereas Martin Pink was voted as ‘Locksmith of the Year’. Tradelocks recently showed their gratitude for being voted ‘Supplier of the Year’ by covering the cost of VAT on all online orders, saving customers 20%!

The Locksmiths' Exhibition also gave Tradelocks the opportunity to introduce a very special guest. Queenie, the 'Face of Lishi', had flown to England from China especially for the exhibition. With her technical knowledge about Lishi Tools, it was great to have her there and she enjoyed having photographs taken with customers, as well as handing out fortune cookies so everyone could quite literally, 'Save A Fortune!'

Before returning to China, Queenie reflected on her visit saying,

"It was great to visit England and to meet so many Lishi customers. I look forward to returning to the UK in 6 months with more treats from China for everyone!"

There were also many sign ups to the Lishi Tool Selector App, which will be available to download from the app store in the near future. In the meantime, you can log on to www.lishitools.com with your Tradelocks account details, and search which tool you would need for whichever make/model of car you are trying to pick/decode.
