UNION extends ExiSAFE solution with new accessories range

* ExiSAFEaccessories01.jpgUNION has launched a new range of accessories for its ExiSAFE panic exit devices (PEDs), which can be used in public and commercial buildings.

Designed, tested and manufactured in the UK, the new accessories increase the range of doors that can be fitted with ExiSAFE, while also helping with the on-going maintenance of existing installations.

* ExiSAFEaccessories02.jpgThe new accessories range compriss of extended length shoot bolts for doors up to 3100mm, replacement parts for outside access devices, keeps for different door materials, service items for panic and latch models, and alarm connectors for bolts.

Like the ExiSAFE range, the accessories have been extensively tested to meet the highest quality standards. This includes testing of over 200,000 cycles, assessment by third parties and checks to ensure the products comply with the relevant standards for timber and metal fire doors. As a result, the ExiSAFE accessories range meets BS EN 179 or BS EN 1125 for assured security and safety, while also being independently accredited by Certifire and CE Marked as standard.
