Codelocks' offers unique training opportunity

* Codelocks-Training.jpgCodelocks, a leading manufacturer of access control products, is investing in developing the talents of locksmiths and installers by offering unique training courses on 10 April, 15 May and 19 June 2019.

The courses, held in Codelock's Newbury head office are hands-on, practical and proving to be popular - the March session was fully booked in record time.

Trade professionals wanting to expand their knowledge of leading locks on the market are given expert guidance and invited to handle, install and service a range of innovative coded locks.

By understanding the benefits of each of the products and discovering which access control solutions overcome customer challenges, locksmiths are able to identify new business opportunities, solve complex access control dilemmas and offer the very best advice to their customers.

The training courses provide locksmiths and installers with the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the Codelocks product line. The programme focuses on Codelocks' impressive range of wireless smart locks including the popular CL5510 and the CL4510. With an emphasis on convenience and control, Codelocks' smart locks provide a unique set of capabilities that should be in every trade professional's repertoire. Attendees also have the chance to get to grips with the extensive mechanical, electronic and KitLock locks in the company's portfolio.

Locksmiths and installers are able to see how Codelocks access control products have benefitted customers in variety of settings including offices, hired venues, holiday rental homes, sports facilities and healthcare environments. Attending locksmiths and installers will also gain unique market insights and have the chance to network with like-minded professionals in the access control sector.

Codelocks first introduced its locksmith training courses in 2012 and the programme continues to be successful. Feedback from professionals attending the course has been very positive with 100% of attendees agreeing that the training sessions were beneficial.

The programme provides attendees with valuable information to enhance their skills while offering the Codelocks team a unique opportunity to engage with its customer base. Codelocks marketing manager, Ros Bayliss explains, "Installers attending our training course gain a thorough understanding of our smart locks, learning the best installation, servicing and programming techniques. With this knowledge under their belt, participants are well-placed to enhance their credibility and identify new business opportunities.

"We also appreciate the insights our attendees give us. The people working to install and service our locks on a daily basis acquire a wealth of experience and knowledge, and that helps us to develop new access solutions that meet the evolving needs of a rapidly changing market place."
