The Key Safe Company fits around you
One of the UK's market leaders in mechanical access solutions, The Key Safe Company has teamed up with Property Line Services to provide an improved installation service designed with its customers in mind.
The installation service is now available across the UK and will supply and fit a key safe at a date and time predetermined by the customer, usually within five working days.
The improved service allows customers at the point of sale to opt to have their key safes fitted by a professional installer and is of particular benefit to those who may not live near their property or have a vulnerable family member who require a key safe fitted. The engineers from Property Line Services have all received training and also offer the service of showing customers how to use the product correctly and provide advice on how to set and change the code.
David Ogden, Managing Director of The Key Safe Company, commented: "We understand the huge role that key safes play for our customers, whether it is allowing access for carers, third party maintenance teams or even emergency services.
"So we are delighted that we have been able to extend our customer service offering, which makes installing a key safe even easier. Based on feedback from our customers we identified that we needed a service that would fit around their busy lifestyle and we are thrilled to be working with Property Line Services."
All installers from Property Line Services have undertaken a dedicated training session to ensure that they are all fitting the key safes to the correct specifications and each installer has been through Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
The Supra C500 is the UK's only mechanical key safe that is police accredited through the Secured by Design initiative due to achieving the LPS1175: Issue 6, security rating 1. The product has an accredited certification from The Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB), the leading international Certification Body in the fields of security and fire protection. Recognised by Secured By Design, as well as leading home insurance companies, the product has undergone rigorous tests devised by security experts to demonstrate a comparable attack resistance to a domestic front door.
