Hickleys offer Technical Support & Extended Warranty
Hickleys would like to offer you two exceptional deals to help you move your business forward out of the Coronavirus lockdown. We hear from lots of customers every day that business completely stopped during the 3 months of lockdown and is now only gradually picking up to pre lockdown levels. In order to help, the two deals we offer are :

As an acknowledgement of these difficult situations Hickleys would like to do what they can to assist you in completing every job opportunity and ensuring you have always got a programmer to complete the work.
Technical Support - for less than 30p per day
Whilst key programming is not necessarily difficult to complete, the sheer number of different vehicles, different transponders and remotes and different programming methods means there are often questions you need answering or procedures that need explaining. Our tech support team are on hand 8.30am - 5.30pm to help you through and try their best to make the problem you have into a paying customer. For less than 30p a day that has got to be worth it. (Tech support £5.60 per month)
Extended warranty - for less than 30p per day
Being without your key programmer can have a dramatic impact on your ability to work, having our extended warranty ensures you are never without a programmer, as we'll lend you a machine for the entire period it is being repaired, and you can relax in the knowledge that whatever the cost of repair you are covered. When your tester fails we will send you a loan machine, collect yours, carry out the repair and return your unit to you collecting ours at the same time, all at no cost to you.
With the latest more complicated machines repair costs are escalating and are often the higher tier repair at £595, in fact we have had one machine that was unrepairable, and a total write off.
Furthermore, the repair time is often 4 - 6 weeks minimum and this can impact your business more than the cost of repair itself. For less than 30p per day why would you take the risk?
We recognise that some customers want to take Extended Warranty but not Tech Support or they want to take Tech Support but do not want the Extended Warranty, therefore we have now split the two services and customers can choose to have Tech Support only, Extended Warranty only or make a further saving and take the pair as a package.
Furthermore, we have kept the additional tester offer 31p per day, the cloning machine offer 25p per day, and the Multi package where we cover 3 programming/ cloning tools for tech support and extended warranty 90p per day.
