Explosion-Proof External Infra-Red Dual Beam Detector

Pulse modulated active infra-red beam for hazardous areas zone 1 or zone 2. GJD design and manufacture a wide range of external perimeter protection products that identify genuine threats and create alerts when an intruder is at the boundary, rather than inside the premises. Versatile Design
The GS100 is intrinsically safe and provides versatile detection solutions, which allows engineers to reliably protect hazardous areas. It is designed to be used with intruder alarm and CCTV equipment. It can also be integrated with a variety of other devices, which provide a means of monitoring the voltage free relay alarm output.

High Level of Security
One of the major advantages of the GS100 is the asynchronisation of the beam connections. This allows multiple sets of beams to be installed on the same site, or stacked above each other without ‘cross interference’, ultimately providing a high level of security.

Featuring a bi-optical beam transmission system, the detector offers unmatched levels of stability and reliability. It also provides covert detection, which has a 100m detection range.

Applications 
The GS100 is suitable in all weather conditions. It is specifically designed for use within the petrochemical and oil sectors, as well as other similar industries where explosion, flame, weather or dust proof housings are required.
