CDVI launches revamped Certified Installer Programme

CDVI has announced the launch of its new certification process for trained installers of its solutions. Under the new programme, installers will be invited to attend product training at the CDVI Academy every 12 months, to ensure their knowledge is up-to-date. Courses cover four key product areas:

The courses are available on-site at the dedicated CDVI Academy facility in High Wycombe. With real products, real tools, and real expertise on hand, the Academy is fully equipped to support learning of all levels.

Moreover, for groups of five or more trainees, the CDVI Training Manager can also travel to any UK premises. With fully portable demo equipment, installers can receive the same high quality CDVI Academy training anywhere in the UK.

After attending a course, installers become officially Certified Installers. Those who are Certified are listed on the CDVI website, benefiting from regular promotion and advertising. Furthermore, project enquiries received by CDVI are passed on preferentially to Certified Installers in the relevant local area.

“This new programme will ensure that the installers we recommend are knowledgeable, capable, trained professionals. Our products are updated all the time, and it’s vital that installers keep their knowledge fresh. All CDVI Academy training will remain completely free and friendly to anybody keen to learn and expand their skillset.” – Aaron Sadler, Training Manager

“We are excited to launch this new CDVI Academy programme. Our goal is to ensure that customers and end users of CDVI solutions can be confident in the skills, knowledge, and professionalism of their installer. By attending refresher courses every 12 months, installers are investing in their own skills for the future.” – Paul Ramsay, General Manager
