13th Lockexpo photo review
The 13th annual Lockexpo was held at the Belfry hotel, Nottingham. Sponsored this year by Hickleys and as always the exhibitors made the show stand out. Lots of colourful stands, plenty to browse and buy.[
The weather was a bit threatening in the forecast but it turned out to be amazing sunny weather. Visitor registrations were high and the percentage that booked in very, very good many staying overnight for a second day.
The bring and buy table proved popular with an assortment of goods being displayed and sold.
It was thought that this may be the last Lockexpo as the organiser Mike Friend is suffering from ill health and needed to step back. However his stepson Inigo who has now been at 3 exhibitions decided he could not let such a great event just die and has decided to pick up the role and run the show in the future. Mike will assist over the next year to make sure Inigo has all the grounding he needs to continue the event.
We are trying to confirm a date in March as usual and as soon as we have confirmation we will notify you so you can reserve the dates in your diaries.
