ERA welcomes new Technical Sales Manager

Leading home security and fenestration component provider, ERA, has appointed a new Technical Sales Manager, as part of its commitment to providing fabricators and installers with excellent customer service and expert guidance. 

Alan Kent, who has over 10 years’ experience in the architectural ironmongery field, will be working with ERA clients in the south of the UK.He will be sharing product expertise and supporting customers to offer a variety of quality ERA products, from its decorative Fab&Fix range to its latest smart security solution – TouchKey.

Alan will be on hand with market advice and guidance to identify new sales opportunities for ERA customers, including new ERA products that will strengthen their portfolio.  

Alan’s appointment at ERA follows a successful career in management roles with a range of reputable access solutions companies.
