3D Group becomes authorised Xhorse service centre

According to the company' "After being approached by Xhorse in 2023, we carefully considered the implications of becoming a licensed repair centre and how it would impact our operations, team and customers. However, we are thrilled to have made this official and see it as a significant step towards providing our customers with the highest quality after-sales service possible.

"As an official Xhorse repair and after-sales service centre, we can offer our customers a wider range of services and support, including repairs, maintenance, and technical assistance. Our team has undergone extensive training to ensure that we are fully equipped to handle any issues that may arise with Xhorse products.

"We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service and support, and this partnership with Xhorse will help us achieve that goal."


To prepare us to repair machines, our warehouse team completed a bespoke electrical course covering machine repairs, electrical safety, and training on using additional testing equipment. Their training also included a PAT qualification, meaning all repaired machines will also receive a PAT certificate.


At 3D Group, we understand that purchasing a product can be a significant investment, and we want to ensure that you receive the best possible service. Whether you have bought your Xhorse product from us, from China, or any other seller, we are committed to providing you with the support you need.

We are pleased to announce that we now offer repair services for Xhorse cutting machines in the UK. Our team of experts can repair your machine, even if it is out of warranty*. We stand behind the quality of our products and are dedicated to ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

We plan to expand this service to cover all Xhorse products soon.
