Comment:

Security issues are constantly being aired in the mass media at present, what with the London Olympics and of course the Queen's Diamond Jubilee weekend and celebrations coming up. Whilst prevention of terrorism is always in mind, everyday security matters are what we have to continually deal with, especially as the weather improves during the coming weeks and months and people become more casual about locking doors and windows. And as well as the continuing cases of metal theft, now, we hear, increasing instances of theft of catalytic converters from cars and vans. There are two items below dealing with each of these subjects.

Hopefully the extra two days added to the weekend will not harm your turnover too much - maybe there will even be a DIY spike in sales of security products if you have a shop - if you are mobile there are bound to be many instances of people being locked out of doors or cars, so let's not get too despondent, and be always ready to help them out.
