UAP Tradelocks partner with JB Key to benefit irish locksmiths

Leading UK supplier and distributor of Locksmith tools, UAP TradeLocks, have entered into a distribution agreement with Dublin based hardware and security company, JB Key Co.

The agreement will see JB Key become the distributor for TradeLocks in the Republic of Ireland. This will mean that TradeLocks tools will be stocked in Ireland, so customers will benefit from faster delivery times and promotional prices.

This partnership came about after several comments were made on the ALOI forums regarding UK promotions not being available to Irish locksmiths. The Republic of Ireland is considered to be an export market which means that the costs of couriers are much higher as there are fewer choices available. This results in servicing issues and as the costs are higher promotional prices are not possible.

UAP TradeLocks and JB Key spent several months discussing a distribution partnering agreement so that they could offer locksmiths local to JB Key the same great promotions that are offered to locksmiths in the UK.

UAP TradeLocks Managing Director, David Jennings said: "We see the partnership with JB Key as being very important for both UAP TradeLocks and for locksmiths in the Irish market. It will mean that we can offer locksmiths in Ireland the same level of service and the same promotions that we offer our UK customers.

JB Key was the perfect choice as they are a leading distributor in Ireland of keycutting equipment, hardware and security products. They also have a reputation for providing excellent service and meeting the needs of their customers such as providing rare key blanks."

UAP TradeLocks will be appearing at the JB Key Open Day in September to launch their MAX6MUM SECURITY range of Anti-Snap Cylinders to the Irish market. The UAP+ Zero Lift cylinders are Anti-Snap, Anti-Bump, Anti-Pick, Anti-Pull and Anti-Drill.

The Open Day will also give JB Key customers the chance to get their hands on TradeLocks locksmith tools and security products at incredibly competitive prices with several key products being promoted at special prices. This will include many of the offers that featured in their recent Hero of the Day promotion which saw many products at half price.

There will also be a fantastic deal for the first 25 orders of Pink's Electric Pick Gun.
