New business management tool will improve locksmith business processes
Secure Assure, the IT Business Services and Project Management specialist has launched a new product for businesses which aims to improve business efficiency.
The Business Management Tool is an efficient paperless tool that allows businesses to track and monitor a customer from enquiry, to quote, order, job scheduling and management, sign off and final invoice, all in one system.
The Business Management Tool is particularly suited to small and medium sized businesses, including those with personnel working out on site, as it allows comprehensive customer information to be recorded and tracked 'real-time' as well as providing a full quote to invoicing facility.
The main elements of the Business Management Tool are:
* A Customer Relationship Management (CRM) facility
* Production and tracking of quotes
* Production and tracking of orders
* Scheduling of jobs and assignment to engineers (if required)
* An electronic signatory facility, which enables engineers to capture a client's signature whilst on site, using a wide range of devices such as a laptop, ipad, iphone and other tablet devices
* Production and tracking of invoices and statements to ensure the management of cash flow
