LevelOne launches new camera range through Mayflex

LevelOne has launched a new range of H.264 megapixel cameras and remote monitoring software that supports 64 channels and they are now available from Mayflex, the cabling infrastructure, networking and physical security solutions distributor.

"The new cameras are a great addition to the high quality LevelOne range," says Steve Green, Security Specialist in the North.  

"LevelOne is best known for its networking products, like switches and routers, but the cameras are an obvious extension and the company is placing itself as a great choice for installers looking for an IP surveillance solution. Unlike previous LevelOne cameras, the new megapixel cameras come with free bundled CamSecure software that supports 64 channels and allows the images to be viewed anywhere on the web, even using an iPhone or Smartphone, making security even easier to monitor.

The new cameras in the range include the FCS-1121 H.264 Megapixel PoE Network Camera, with simultaneous dual stream for optimised quality and bandwidth, and a removable Infra-Red cut filter for true day and night application, and the FCS-3061 Day/Night H.264 Megapixel PoE IP Dome Camera with a 3-axis mechanical design and DI/1 DO for external alarm and sensor device. The range also includes the WCS-0030 Wireless H.264 Megapixel PIR Lighting IP Camera with a MicroDS memory card slot, a PIR sensor for human body detection and a built-in mic and speaker for two way communication.
