SmartEntry available from Y3K Europe

SmartEntry represents the latest in wireless video doorphone technology and is part of the rapidly expanding range of SmartHome products available from Y3K Europe.

It allows the user to view visitors at the door before speaking or admitting them. The remote push button release feature enables you to wirelessly open doors and gates if fitted with electronic locks. The simple setup menu makes for very quick and easy installation of the system.

Simply install the external Door Entry Unit next to your front door or entry point so the camera can view anyone who calls at your premises. When the bell rings, you can view visitors on the portable Wireless Handset from anywhere in your home or business premises, from up to 300 metres away using a high quality 2.4Ghz digital wireless transmission signal. Additionally, using the extended range mode, the user can switch to speak-only mode and speak to visitors up to 500 metres away.

The weatherproof Door Entry Unit can be either mains powered if located within or close to a building or if using in a more remote location, powered by the on-board long life Li-ion battery. It is fully tamper protected, sounding an alarm to alert the user if an attempt is made to remove or damage it. With a built-in array of powerful Infra Red LEDs the Door Entry Unit provides clear images in both day and night conditions. It has the option to operate the remote lock release in both fail safe (NO) or fail secure modes (NC).

The Wireless Handset also utilises long life rechargeable Li-ion battery technology and includes a mains powered charging station to provide ease of use. It also features a 2.5" TFT High Resolution LCD screen and a 10-picture visitor memory enabling you to scroll back to see who called whilst you were out.

The system can be easily be expanded to include additional handsets or entry units, enabling multiple entry points controlled by multiple users giving the flexibility needed on larger sites. Coupled with the fact that you can site the Door Entry Unit up to a 1/2 kilometre away from the Wireless Handset it is ideal for use in almost any domestic or commercial application.
