The Simpli Advanced range from XL Joinery required a high-quality range of door hardware to achieve fire integrity. Gunnebo Group acquires entrance control company HC2 Gunnebo Group has completed the acquisition of the Italian entrance control company HC2, a producer of high security entrance solutions and customised gates for the retail industry. The acquisition enables an extended customer offering for Gunnebo Entrance Control, strengthening its footprint as a global leader in entrance control solutions for the office and buildings, mass transit, high-security and retail segments.
Met Police loses nearly 2,300 electronic devices in just two years The Metropolitan Police is facing calls for a formal investigation after the force admitted it had seen 2,280 electronic devices lost or stolen over the past two years. The data, obtained by niche litigation practice Griffin Law using Freedom of Information (FOI) legislation revealed the extent losses of police laptops, tablet computers and mobile phones over the complete calendar years of 2020 and 2019.
