Lockdecoders new website and special offer After nearly 6 months, Lockdecodrs has now launched its new website. According to Peter Southern "It is behind the scenes where it has been really complicated, to do with all the extra features we have needed. "To celebrate after all the hard work, we are giving 5% on all electronic items and devices and 10% on all Transponders and Keys we carry. Buy a Miracle A5 before June 30th 2011 and get a free 1 year copy of Instacode." Teletec Connects With Sanyo's Training Programme Teletec Connect has been accredited as an approved distributor for the SANYO Full HD camera range following the company's successful participation in the SANYO REHD (Realising Education in High Definition) professional level training programme. Teletec Connect is a leading distributor of professional electronic security products in Scandinavia with their headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden, and with offices in Denmark, Finland and Norway. Teletec Connect's team of 60 people provide pre and post sales support for over 2000 installers of electronic security throughout Scandinavia. A locksmith in the USA has been arrested on a charge of stealing $500.000 in antique currency after being hired to open a safe after the owner lost the key. Although the owner of the safe and the contents has since died, after the notes appeared at collector's auctions they were traced back to the locksmith who had put them up for sale. When police searched his house they found further antique notes hidden in various places. So, what would you have done in a similar situation? It's easy to be honest for a few pounds (or bucks) but when presented with a life-changing amount... The theft will certainly change that particular locksmith's life: they don't let you off with a wag of the finger over there. And don't pretty much seem to care if prisons are overcrowded either! Do the crime, do the time, as they say. Full StoryGeonovo Ltd has redesigned the packaging for its Romad RSP-100 lone worker protection device as part of an ongoing effort to reduce the Company's carbon footprint. "The combined weight of the RSP-100 and its packaging is now 39% less than it was previously," said Peter Lusty, Geonovo's Chief Executive. "The packaging is recyclable but we have nevertheless taken the opportunity to minimise the amount of materials necessary to deliver the RSP-100 to customers in good working order. With thousands of RSP-100s being sold every year, this will have a significant effect on our carbon footprint by substantially reducing our distribution requirements as the reduced packaging means fewer pallets are required to deliver large numbers of RSP-100's to Geonovo's distributors." Introducing the new 3525 Electronic Rack Handle - the Integrated Solution for Securing Data Centers, and other Enclosures Rutherford Controls Int'l Corp., April 19, 2011 - One of the biggest challenges in business today is the protection of stored information. If not secured properly, credit data, financial details, business and personal information is at risk when stored in a server room.
The RCI 3525 Electronic Rack Handle provides a secondary layer of controlled access to complement the existing perimeter security. The functionality of a manual latching system - with the added benefit of electronic locking and monitoring - can be combined with any 3rd party access control device for a basic self-contained solution. The 3525 does not require separate controls and software, therefore providing a simple and cost effective cabinet retrofit. Samsung launch fully weatherproof High Definition network camera Samsung has introduced the SNO-5080R, a 1.3 megapixel weatherproof network bullet camera with built-in varifocal lens and IR LEDs which is capable of delivering high definition 720p images, both during the day and at night. The SNO-5080R can be installed virtually out of the box as it incorporates all the component parts of an external IP66 rated weatherproof camera, including a varifocal lens, sun shield and bracket. Thanks to the inclusion of built-in IR LEDs, it is capable of capturing high definition images during daylight hours and in pitch-black darkness, making it suitable for a wide range of applications requiring effective 24-hour surveillance, including car parks, industrial estates, petrol forecourts, schools, hospitals, retail parks, airports and ports. myTorch represents a true "World First" myTorch's advanced "Smart Torch Technology (STT)" enables you to program unlimited modes for your flashlight. Over the past few years the professional torch market has seen some significant changes, the introduction of more powerful quality LED's meaning there are brighter torches coupled with new electronic switches offering more features such as strobe, SOS and different power settings.
