Specialist London Sports College chooses Basson to help cut crime Caterham High School, Dagenham & Redbridge, recently installed a remotely monitored security system supplied by specialist infrared CCTV supplier, Basson Group. The school administrators were looking for a surveillance solution capable of protecting them against the rising problem of stolen lead roofing and other break-ins being experienced by schools across the borough.
The products fitted were from Basson's range of long-distance IR cameras, monitored by Kent-based CCTV and Alarm Monitoring company, FLR Spectron. Alpro at Farnborough International airshow Aluminium fabricator Veranti are using transom closers from Alpro on new metal-clad modular buildings created for the Farnborough International Airshow (FIA) in England. The aluminium and glass structures were built for steelwork designer and manufacturer Conder Allslade and are located within the FIA site. The event is held biannually at the 770-acre TAG Farnborough Airport in Hampshire. Boon Edam makes significant investment in expanding training for customers and installers Boon Edam has announced a significant expansion of the company's training programs for its dealers, installers, and end users. In 2015, the company will be offering monthly webinar training, as well as several sessions of factory training at the Boon Edam production facility in Lillington, NC., USA. The free Technical Webinars will be offered monthly, with each Webinar lasting 60-90 minutes. Webinars are open to those enrolled in Boon Edam's customer database through a Boon Edam Business Development Manager. Invitations will be sent out ahead of the training date, and the session is open to anyone that receives an invite and their colleagues.
