Abloy UK announce new Foundations CPD course dates for 2022 Security expert Abloy UK has revealed the dates of its 2022 Academy Foundations and Foundations Plus CPD courses, as part of its continuing commitment to setting the standard in emergency and panic escape compliance. The free courses are designed to train installers, security managers, end users and specifiers, giving them the skills and knowledge to ensure maximum safety and security while helping to save lives in an emergency. Mitie has won a new three-year security contract with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in the UK The contract will see Mitie colleagues deliver security services, including site patrols and control room management, for Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City, Europe's two largest shopping centres.
Technology and sustainability will be central to the contract, with Mitie committing to using electric vehicles and sustainable uniforms, as well as rolling out its Merlin 24/7 technology solution.
